Organic Jojoba Oil

Jojoba oil is in fact a liquid wax, not an oil. It is an excellent moisturizer for all skin-type and ideal for balancing sebum as it has a molecular structure resembles that of human sebum. It has a very high regenerative value for the skin due to its ability to balance oil production. It helps to control acne, oily skin and an oily scalp. When massaged into the skin, it combines with sebum and acts as an emulsifier, gently unclogging the pores and freeing embedded grime. Jojoba oil has been used by Native Americans for hundreds of years to heal inflamed skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis and dermatitis. It is also useful in the treatment of nappy rash and chapped skin, psoriasis and sunburn.

The seeds produce a liquid wax which is extremely stable and does not become rancid even in room temperature, giving it a very long shelf-life.
