It is safe enough to use with children and can be used as a night bath with a few drops of German Chamomile or Yarrow to combat cradle cap and diaper rash. Lemon Balm hydrosol is also an excellent prophylactic that can be used to treat influenza and allergies. It is also effective in lowering blood pressure, as well as in aiding digestion, reducing intestinal cramps caused by colitis and Crohn's disease.

Analgesic, anticoagulant, anti-infectious, anti-inflammatory, antiviral, calming, cicatrizant, circulatory, digestive, expectorant, febrifuge, lipolytic, mucolytic, sedative, stimulant and tonic.
