Return & Replacement Policy
Natural Green guarantees you are completely satisfied with every purchase of our products. If our products did not deliver what was promised or you are not 100% pleased with your purchase, please let us know and we will gladly replace the product or refund the purchase for you.
For a full refund or product exchange, please keep products in original purchase conditions and unopened. All opened and used items will be assessed a 40% restocking fee. We regret that we do not give refunds, credits, or exchanges for shipping fee and for items that are damaged/lost during the return delivery process. Natural Green reserves the right to refuse returns for an unreasonable quantity of items or items that may not have been purchased from us.
You may return or exchange any products within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please contact us to obtain a RA number before sending your return. The RA number helps us to identify your purchase. Please include the RA number along with the return items.

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return with registration. Please indicate on all customs documentation and the parcel that the shipment is a "return to manufacturer" to avoid customs brokerage fees (if applicable).
Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival. Processing and transit time for exchange packages is usually 7-10 business days from the time your exchange request is received at our location. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays. For orders made with credit cards, please allow 5 to 7 business days for credits to appear in your account.
Occasionally, we receive return orders due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refused by recipient. If you order is undeliverable and returned back to us, there will be a 25% restocking fee applied to your refund. If you would like to reship your order, additional shipping charge will be applied.
Damaged Items or Order Error
When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the box to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately.
Please provide the order number along with your email for faster service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection.
